Better environment in doing business: World Bank

Thailand moved up two places in World Bank Doing Business 2015 ranking, thanks to the improvement in the granting of construction permits.
"Thailand made dealing with construction permits less time-consuming by introducing a fast-track approval
process for building permits for smaller buildings," said the report released today.
Thailand is ranked 26th among 189 economies globally, from the 28th last year.
The report tracked improvements implemented during June 1, 2013, to June 1, 2014.
Asean economies' rankings varry. While Singapore tops the global chart, Myanmar is at the bottom - ranked 177th among 189 economies.
