Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group continues to operate four hotels in Thailand, namely the Radisson Blu Plaza Bangkok, the Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit, the Park Plaza Sukhumvit Bangkok and the Park Plaza Soi 18.
 
 
TPARK expanding warehouse space
 
Taicon Logistics Park Co (TPARK), a provider of warehouses for rent, plans to spend between Bt2 billion and Bt3 billion to add 200,000 square metres of rental area this year.
This would bring the company’s total rental area to between 1.4 million and 1.5 million square metres, said managing director Patan Somburanasin. 
The company also plans to build warehouses for rent in the border areas in response to the establishment of special economic zones. 
He said the company was in talks with a few business partners in Vietnam to form a joint venture for building rental warehouses there, possibly in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
As in Indonesia, TPARK would build a warehouse with lettable space of 30,000sqm. It is expected to cost Bt300 billion to Bt400 billion.
