The company says Pauze has extensive experience in electrical and electronics business management in many countries. Having worked with Real, a hypermarket operator within Germany’s Metro Group, one of the world’s largest retailers, he held executive positions in several key markets including Germany, Turkey, Taiwan and mainland China.
The newly appointed president is also a specialist in consumer electronics and e-commerce.
Pauze said his vision for the development of Power Buy, a company in the Central Group with 86 branches at Central and Robinson department stores as well as standalone locations across the country, was to make it the most trusted consumer-electronics and information-technology retailer in Thailand.
“At Power Buy, we focus on developing and operating businesses related to retail electrical products, IT devices and electronics,” he said.
“The seamless management and our omni-channel service empower our customers to conveniently access our services through all the distribution channels whether they want to purchase, visit stores or try out the latest technology.
“They are welcomed at any branch of Power Buy nationwide. Alternatively, the consumers can also visit our 24-hour online shop at powerbuy.co.th.
“By [the integration of] offline and online services, the customers are offered a variety of channels whenever they want to buy, pick up or repair their goods.
“We are also reinforcing the after-sales service with our professional expertise.
“All of our efforts are in line with the current digital lifestyle of consumers,” Pauze said.
