Guide to better retail performance published

Tyco Retail Solutions recently partnered with EKN Research to identify “key performance indicators” (KPIs) that retail outlets can use as guides to boost revenue.
They have produced the e-book “A New Store Excellence Scorecard” that defines three ways to measure store performance, as well as associated KPIs that can provide a foundation for better evaluating business results. 
By monitoring these insights through real-time in-store data, Tyco and EKN say, retailers can make immediate changes and stay ahead in the highly competitive field of “unified commerce”.
“In this new digital-driven age, retailers need to rethink store-performance management,” EKN managing vice president Sahir Anand said. “By blending essential real-time operational data and customer knowledge, retailers can be in a better position to navigate business complexities. This e-book underscores the value of new KPIs and measurements to provide a new performance scorecard for retailers.”
