HP launches two laptops, one desktop for gamers

HEWLETT-PACKARD has announced three new computers designed for gamers.

Pavin Vorapruck, managing director of HP Inc (Thailand), said the new machines were the Omen 15 and Omen 17 laptops and the Omen Desktop personal computer.
The Omen 15 provides a 15-inch display and the Omen 17 a 17-inch display. Both come with high-performance graphics from Nvidia and AMD, FreeSync technology for fast refresh rates, and a single-access service panel. 

The Omen 15 is available with a wide range of options designed to deliver performance, optimise the gaming experience, enhance game play and limit outside distractions, HP says. 
It says the Omen 17 delivers unprecedented performance across all aspects of gaming. 
The Omen Desktop is designed for high-performance gaming with features to enhance functionally and usability, the company says. It comes with a mechanical keyboard and features to enhance functionality and usability, including dual AMD Radeon RX 580 for the graphics horsepower to run a demanding game, and a seventh-generation Intel Core i5/i7 central processing unit. The price starts at Bt39,900.
Pavin said the company was also introducing two new monitors, the Omen by HP 25 and Omen by HP 27, with 25- and 27-inch displays respectively. 
Singapore-based Internet platform provider Garena has reported that the value of the game market in Thailand will reach Bt9 billion by the end of this year.
