Eyeing expansion, Vintcom Tech posts IPO
IT distributor Vintcom Technology Plc was on Monday set to file an initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission of 80 million shares – 26.67 per cent of its total paid-up capital.
Managing director Songsri Srirungrueng said on Monday the company planned to use the new capital to expand into Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar and as operating funds.
