Bank and housing firm offer mortgage deal

Bangkok Bank and Nirvana Daii have launched a promotional campaign called “Beyond Expectations” which offers certain home purchasers a 1.99 per cent flat interest rate for three years and a waiver of all fees on the day ownership is transferred.
After the third year, MRR will be –2 per cent, the bank said.
This offer is available for 14 housing projects under the Nirvana brand until December 30, 2017. Eligible types of housing include two- and three-story single-family dwellings, townhouses and home offices ranging in price from Bt4.4–30 million.
