GSB readies Bt10 bn in loans for street food vendors

Government Savings Bank (GSB) set aside Bt10 billion in loans for street food vendors who participate in its Thailand Street Food by GSB programme.

The loans carry interest rates of 0.4 and 0.6 per cent per month within 10 years.
    The bank will provide loans of up to Bt3 million for each applicant to support street food vendors nationwide who want to expand their businesses, the bank’s president and chief executive officer Chatchai Payahanaveechai said yesterday.
