Aeon launches Thai mobile app
Aeon Thana Sinsap (Thailand) has introduced a mobile application that allows its customers to conveniently manage their financial transactions.
The company's managing director, Kiyoyasu Asanuma, said the recent launch of the Aeon Thai Mobile app enabled its cardholders to access financial information anywhere, anytime. With more than 7 million existing Aeon cardholders that can download the application, the company expects more than a 1 million users in the first year.
The company said the app covers all financial services and helps make activation and management of customers’ credit-card accounts and membership cards easier.
It is also convenient, allowing customers to check their balance and accrued points, find the nearest branch and be aware of promotions, and it allows real-time online payments and access to credit-card payment through Kasikorn Bank’s K Plus system.
The app is said to be safe, with security code encryption, and fingerprint identification available to iPhone users.
It can be downloaded via the Apple App Store or, for Android users, Google Play.
