Chiangmai Rimdoi contracting company debuts in MAI
Chiangmai Rimdoi, a building construction, common infrastructure and utility system contractor, made a debut in the Market for Alternative Investment (mai) on Thursday under the ticker symbol “CRD”.
The company had a market capitalization at its initial public offering (IPO) of Bt720 million
CRD managing director Thirapat Chirapipat said that the funds raised would be used to buy machinery, equipment and vehicles. They would enhance the company's potential to handle more projects, expand the engineering team, expand the design service, and as working capital for business expansion.
