Industry Ministry proposes measures to grow biotech industry
The Industry Ministry early next month will ask Cabinet to consider a package of measures to support the biotechnology industry.
Minister Uttama Savanayana said on Monday that the ministry favours a system of specially zoned biotechnology areas to encourage clusters of related business start-ups.
Uttama was speaking at a seminar on Thailand 4.0 issues hosted by the Board of Trade of Thailand.
