Index Creative Village, Happio tie up for online drive into Myanmar

Index Creative Village is teaming up with application developer Happio, a creative leader in new innovation for the online world, for a full-scale online expansion into Myanmar. 

Utilising digital marketing strategies to penetrate both Myanmar consumers residing in Thailand and the Myanmar market, the project provides Thais with the opportunity to expand their business to the neighbouring country using creativity to produce opportunity and business development while satisfying the trendy Myanmar lifestyle, Index Creative Village founder and chief executive officer Kreingkrai Kanjanapokin said on Monday.
Consumer trends in Myanmar are rapidly changing, with people now preferring a more modern way of life with the willingness to pay more, wanting to learn and experience new things, said Khanit Aramkitpota, general manager of Happio. 
Adapting to this change using the online market platform as opposed to the old way of life, or “offline” style, is a turning point and a great opportunity to penetrate the market in the form of digital marketing due to its immediate feedback, ease of access and its fast-paced nature that compliments the changing lifestyle, he added.
