Two healthcare sector companies are preparing to sign an MoU outlining the process for one company to acquire the assets and franchise-business rights of the other.
Wuttisak Clinicgroup Co Ltd has received a letter of intention for an MoU from Hi Healthcare Centre Co Ltd for Hi Healthcare to acquire the assets of Wuttisak Clinicgroup, according to EforL Aim Plc as reported to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on Monday.
EforL Aim Plc is the shareholder of Wuttisak Clinicgroup Co Ltd indirect subsidiary company.
EforL Aim Plc's chief executive officer Teerawut Pangviroonrug reported to the SET that Wuttisak Clinicgroup Co Ltd had already received the letter of intention from Hi Healthcare Center Co Ltd, and both parties are working toward signing an MoU to determine the outline of this acquisition. The agreement is expected to conclude by the end of December, he said.
