DISPOSAL APPROVED
Food Capitals Plc’s board of directors has approved for the company and subsidiary Evolution Land Co Ltd to dispose of investment in two associated companies.
They are including Andaman Beach Residence Ltd, and Phang Nga Hotel Co Ltd, according to a company notice to the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.
