KBank offers e-market platform services

The bank said in a statement that it intends to bring in machine commerce technology to analyse and develop products and services that accurately cater to customer requirements. It also wants to communicate with target customers more effectively.
Pachara Samalapha, senior vice president, said the bank has more than 14 million customers, with over 8 million online customers.
“We have over 1.5 million customers who are business operators and 200,000 online shops with monthly transfers totalling more than Bt100 billion,” he said.
He said KBank plans to increase the number of K-Plus online customers from 8 million to 10 million within this year, thanks to improved online purchase technologies.
