Cabinet earmarks Bt346 bn for 44 state enterprises
The Cabinet on Tuesday (October 22) approved Bt346 billion for the total capital expenditure of 44 state enterprises for the fiscal year of 2020.
These 44 enterprises do not include listed enterprises.
The budget will cover key investment projects such as the Thailand-China high-speed train project’s Bangkok-Nong Khai section worth Bt28.1 billion and the BTS Purple Line from Tao Pun to Rat Burana (Kanchanaphisek Ring Road) worth Bt23.4 billion.
The 44 state enterprises are expected to post net profits of Bt79.8 billion in fiscal 2020.
