THAI Smile to temporarily halt local flights from April 7
THAI Smile is temporarily suspending all domestic flights from April 7 to 30, in line with the government’s measures to restrict mass transport services to combat the Covid-19 outbreak.
In a statement, the airline said it will resume services from May 1 or until further notice.
Passengers who have booked flights with THAI Smile have two options:
• Passengers can obtain a full refund without any penalties via https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund by selecting "Refund due to terms and conditions"
• Passengers who wish to change their itinerary can do so without paying change fees. Terms and conditions apply.
