Heritage, modern techniques and creative plating are the hallmarks of executive chef Gaetano Palumbo’s culinary creations at Rossini’s, the Italian restaurant at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit in Bangkok.

And, this month through September, Palumbo is presenting a distinctly contemporary menu of dishes incorporating black summer truffle, followed by amazing Sicilian classics.

The highlights this month and next include Angus Beef Carpaccio, Ravioli of Buffalo Ricotta and Nettle, and Australian Roasted Lamb Loin in an herb crust, all utilising black truffle.

Come September, lovers of Sicilian food are in for a treat when the chef shares his native cuisine. There’ll be Sicilian Red Prawn, Traditional Maccheroni with sardines and grilled sea bass, and Cod Tripe in Plankton Marino.

Rossini’s is the first restaurant to offer “horizontal” wine tastings, with labels from its award-winning list. Enrich your dining experience with the sommelier’s personal selections from different wineries.
