The Appeals Court allowed three red-shirt protesters to be released on bail pending a decision by public prosecutors to appeal against acquittal ruling for them.
The three suspects - Naruemol Warunrungroj, Surachai Nilsopha and Chatree Srijinda - were released after three Pheu Thai MPs used their position as a guarantee.
Last week, the Criminal Court acquitted the three on ground of the lack of evidence against them and they were detained pending an appeal against the ruling by the public prosecutors.
They were charged with having in possession firearms allegedly used for firing at an Army helicopter during the red-shirt demonstrations last year.
