Thai composite stocks index a midday of Thursday stood at 1,006.73, down 22.86 points, or 2.22 per cent&nbsp;on heavy selling by foreign investors, in line with regional bourses. Blue chip SET-50 index was at 700.39, down 16.69 points, or 2.33 per cent.
