Full protection for Nava Nakorn

Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra assured all that Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate in Pathum Thani would be saved from floods.

She said, while at Flood Relief Operations Centre today, that the situation at the industrial estate is under control and that the overall picture shows improvement.

"The problem is sea level would be higher in the next 1-2 days. But all have been assigned. The Royal Thai Army is also bringing in all necessary equipment," she said.

On floods in Bangkok's surburban areas, she urged all not to demolish the embankment. She admitted that with massive water, some places could not be protected for the sake of overall economy. Still, the government did not neglect citizens with planned canals in the East and West of Bangkok.
