Soi Samsen 21, 23 flooded
Flood embankment on Soi Samsen 21 and 23 breached, causing the swollen Chao Phraya to inundate the two sois Sunday morning.
The embankment was breached Saturday and officials worked throughout the night to fix it but it breached again.
The water flew out to flood the Samsen Road, prompting officials to close the traffic from Sri Yan Intersection to Bang Krabua Intersection to try to drain the floodwater.
