Thai Airways International on Tuesday re-opened its headoffice, as Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road is dry, the airline said in a statement.

The headoffice was closed as floods hit the road on Nov 6 and the road was impassable for small cars.
THAI has operated passenger and cargo flights as usual from Suvarnabhumi Airport.
