311 bank branches remain closed

A number of 311 bank branches are closed as of Nov 24, a sharp decrease from the 631 peak on Nov 8, according to Bank of Thailand. Of total, 110 are in Bangkok and 105 in Pathum Thani.
On the day, 4,026 ATMs were out of service, thanks chiefly to the resumption of 175 ATMs in Bangkok. Daily updates on the operations of bank branch and ATMs are available at www.bot.ot.th. Bank of Thailand Governor said on Wednesday that the banking system has resumed normal operations.
