Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Thursday at 1,041.10, down 5.63 points, or 0.54 per cent in line with regional shares as investors await&nbsp;&nbsp;European Central Bank policy meeting later today and EU summit this Friday.

	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 731.73, down 4.99 points, or&nbsp;0.68 per cent.
