U.S. stocks closed higher following better-than-expected global economic news and successful Spanish debt auction. 
	The Dow Jones Industrial Average added 60.01 points, or 0.48 per cent to end at 12,482.07. 
	The S&amp;P 500 rose 4.58 points, or 0.36 per cent, to close at 1,293.67. Among key S&amp;P sectors, energy and techs finished higher, 
	while financials fell into negative territory. 
	The Nasdaq composite gained 17.41 points, or 0.64 per cent to close at 2,728.08.
