A key witness meets investigators on anti-monarchy conspiracy

Prime Minister's adviser Tawin Pleansri on Wednesday gave his statement at the Department of Special Investigation to shed light on the uncovering of a conspiracy to bring down the monarchy, known in Thai as lom chao.

Tawin met DSI investigators in his capacity as former secretary general of the National Security who served as secretary to the Centre for the Resolution of the Emergency Situation dealing with the political disturbances involving the red shirts in 2010.
He refused to talk to reporters about his statement.
