Natthawut to submit red-shirt version of reconciliation bill

Red-shirt leader Jatuporn Promphan said Monday that Pheu Thai MP and red-shirt leader Natthawut Saikua would submit a red-shirt version of reconciliation bill to Parliament.

Jatuporn said the red-shirt version would seek to exclude terrorist charges and killings of demonstrators from the planned blanket amnesty.
He said Pheu Thai MPs, who are also red-shirt leaders, would not be able to explain to the red shirts if those responsible for the killings of the people were absolved in a blanket amnesty.
