Adviser to deputy governor Theerachon Manomaipibul, Asawat Apaiwong, also said that Bangkok City had handed out 20,000 copies of a white-cover book titled “The truth about the 30-year Skytrain contract” as well as 30,000 ‘brief’ versions. The books were published by the city’s business arm, Krungthep Thanakom Co.
