NU offers degree courses for working people
Nation University is offering a special bachelor degree course for working people who want to improve their skills and experience in business administration, communication and tourism.
Students would learn from experts and professionals from over 30 leading companies such as PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) , Charoen Pokphand Foods PCL, SCG (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and Saha Pathanapibul PLC.
“ The special bachelor degree courses will allow working people to expand their educational degrees and knowledge for their careers,” Nation Multimedia Group (NMG) chairman Suthichai Yoon said yesterday
He was speaking at the Nation University’s Open House event entitled “ Check In at Nation University to improve educational degrees and enhance skills.”
Nation University’s Lampang campus has opened a Master’s Degree Programme in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing, and Bachelor’s Degree Programme in Accounting, Bachelor of Arts Programme in Communication Art with an emphasis in Advertising, Public Relation, Broadcasting and Radio, and Digital Media.
Applicants would be able to finish their education within two years as they can use their work experience to add to the degree unit, following the university’s requirements, Suthichai said.
Students would be able to work like professionals after they graduated from the university as they would have had a special opportunity to learn with professionals and practice their skills in real workplace situations, he added.
