Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Thursday at 1,259.01, down 0.95 point, or 0.08 per cent in line with most regional shares ahead of Federal Reserve policy announcement this week. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 861.02, down 1.13 point, or 0.13 per cent. 
	Top five active (value) stocks: BTS, BAY, TRUE, TCAP, AOT.
