Wall St ends down

U.S. stocks close lower for a second session overnight after Federal Reserve's policy meeting
announcement. 
Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 25.19 points, or 0.19 per cent to close at 13,077.34
S&P 500 lost 4.36 points, or 0.31 per cent to end at 1,408.75.
Most key S&P sectors finished lower, led by energy and utilities.
The Nasdaq declined 8.76 points, or 0.29 per cent at 2,981.70.
