U.S. stocks finished up for 5th day amid ongoing fiscal cliff negotiations. 
	Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 78.56 points, or 0.60 per cent at 13,248.44. 
	S&amp;P 500 climbed 9.29 points, or 0.65 percent, to finish at 1,427.84. 
	Nasdaq rallied 35.34 points, or 1.18 per cent at 3,022.30. 
	All key S&amp;P sectors finished up on technolgy and healthcare shares.
