Criminal Court defers lese majeste case against Somyos to Jan 23

The Criminal Court defer the lese majeste verdict on Voice of Taksin's editor Somyos Prueksakasemsuk to January 23 next year, citing changes in the list of judges who handled in case.
The announcement was made Wednesday as one of the four presiding Criminal Court judge spent 30 minutes reading an earlier ruling by the Constitution Court affirming the constitutionality of the lese majeste law in front of Somyos, which appeared in front of the court along with over a hundread supporters and observers that include those from the German and the British Embassy.
