Thai composite stocks index (SET) closed on Wednesday at a new high of 1,546.64, up 14.57 points, or 0.95 per cent amid heavy&nbsp;turnover of Bt63.09 billion. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 1,021.05, up 9.72 points, or 0.96 per cent. 
	Top five active (value) stocks: CPALL, SCB, PTT, THCOM, LOXLEY.
