At 10.36am, the index shed another 5.48 points or 0.37 per cent to 1,465.24 points.
Yesterday, SET President Charamporn Jotikasthira attributed the fall to market corrections. Still, he insisted that the market fundamentals remained intact and corrections offered a good opportunity to buy.
The index lost in the past two days, 2.55 per cent on April 5 and 1.26 per cent on April 9. Some believed that some investment was shifted to BTS Group Holdings' Bt62 billion infrastructure fund.
