International Court of Justice's public hearing concerning Preah Vihear Temple between Thailand and Cambodia started on Tuesday at 3pm Bangkok time by Cambodia's agent Hor Nam Hong led the argument. The session adjourned at at 6pm (Bangkok time) and resumed at 8pm.
