Thai composite stocks index (SET)&nbsp;closed on Thursday&nbsp;at 1,589.19,&nbsp;down 8.67 points, or 0.54 per cent amid Bt56.55 billion turnover in line with most regional shares.&nbsp;

	Blue chip&nbsp;SET-50 index was&nbsp;at 1,050.48, down 5.14 points, or 0.49 per cent.
