The Central Administrative Court on Friday ruled in favour of Tawil Pliensri who filed a petition against his what he called unfair transfer from national security chief to be PM’s advisor.
The court also ordered Tawil to resume the post at the soonest. Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra ordered the transfer in September in September 2011 and replaced the position with former police chief Pol Gen Wichien Potposri. Wichien later was transferred to permanent secretary of Transport Ministry and former NSC chief Gen Paradorn Pattanatabutr became the NSC chief.
