Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Tuesday at 1,508.88, down 19.67 points, or 1.29 per cent in line with most regional shares ahead of key&nbsp;monetary policy statement by the&nbsp;Bank of Japan.&nbsp; 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 999.37, down 14.90 points, or 1.47 per cent.
