Activities planned to boost H2 export

The Commerce Ministry maintains the export growth target for this year at 7-7.5 per cent, despite the small growth in the first half.
Srirat Rastapana, director-general of the Export Promotion Department, said that the ministry would work harder to grow the second-half exports. Activities will be introduced, starting from August to the end of this year. Over 200 activities are planned, she said.
In September, the ministry plans a discussion with trade counsellors from 62 countries.
