Transport Minister Chadchart Sittipunt ordered the Highways Department to improve traffic on Bangna-Trat Highway.
In his Facebook posting, he said he inspected the area where the Bangna-Bang Pakong expressway crossed over Bangna-Trat Highway. He said road diversion was a major problem. Moreover, parking in front of food shops, bus stops and shops also reduce the road space.
He said he was caught in a traffic jam for two hours last week, en route to Chon Buri.
