Thailand condemns Nairobi mall seizure

The Foreign Ministry issued a statement Tuesday condemning the seizure of Nairobi’s Westgate shopping mall by alleged Somalian gunmen and expressed condolences to the families of those killed. 

It said: “Thailand is outraged by the many deaths and injuries caused by the terrorist attack on September 21 at the Westgate shopping mall in Nairobi, Kenya. The Thai government strongly condemns these acts of terrorism and wishes to express its deepest condolences to the bereaved families of those who have been killed and also extends its heartfelt sympathy to those wounded in the attack.
