Officers of the national museum in Prachin Buri are closely monitoring the flood level, for fear that artefacts dating back to the Dvaravati era may be damaged.
The water level is now 20 cm below the stands where the artefacts - including Buddha images, accessories and tools - are exhibited.
The officers stand ready to move the exhibits to the higher grounds.
