Wall St ends up

U.S. stocks closed out the session with major averages gaining over 2 percent across the board, amid debt deal hopes in Washington.
Dow Jones Industrial Average closed up 323.09 points, or 2.18 per cent  at 15,126.07.
S&P 500 surged 36.16 points, or 2.18 per cent at 1,692.56.
Nasdaq composite rose 82.97 points, or 2.26 per cent at 3,760.75.
All key S&P sectors closed in positive territory, boosted by financial and industrial shares.
