Thai composite stocks index (SET) opened on Monday at 1,382.91 points, down 21.20 points, or 1.51 per cent&nbsp;in line with most regional shares. 
	Blue chip SET-50 index was at 943.55 points, down 14.73 points, or 1.65 per cent.
