ICJ says Thailand did accept Annex I map

The International Court of Justice said in its verdict, which was still being read, that Thailand had accepted Annex I map of the 1962 ruling on the Preah Vihear Temple dispute.
The court says the map has binding character, meaning it can be used to indicate the area adjacent to the temple.
