Suthep urges protesters to boycott PM, ministers

Protest leader Suthep Thaugsuban Monday evening urged the people not to talk to the prime minister and Cabinet members as a symbol civil disobedience against the government.
He said the people should blow whistle against the ministers and the prime minister whenever they encounter them.
