A Cabinet retreat in Songkhla on November 29 and 30 may be cancelled if the prime minister and Cabinet members are met with whistle-blowing protest, Interior Minister Charupong Ruangsuwan said Monday.
Charupong said the Democrat should give priority to developments of southern people and avoid organising such protest.
The interior minister said the Cabinet retreat would allocate more than Bt500 million of special budget for developments of southern provinces so it would be very unfortunate if the meeting would have to be cancelled.
