U.S. stocks closed mostly lower, with S&amp;P 500 and Dow Jones retreating from record highs, to close at 15,976.02, its fourth straight closing high, up 14.32 points, or 0.1 per cent. 
	S&amp;P 500 finished 6.65 points, or 0.4 per cent lower at 1,791.53. 
	Nasdaq composite fell 36.9 points, or 0.9 per cent, to 3,949.07.
